How do I get the tickets I bought online?
A. Tickets purchased online or by mail prior to Feb 3th, 2012 will be
mailed to you. If your tickets get lost in the mail when being sent
out or you do not receive them in time for the tourney, we have
record of them and you will be able to redeem them at the
registration booth the day of the tournament.
Tickets sales after Feb 4th will be only available at
Christopherson's bait store in Alexandria, or at the gate the day of
the tournament.

How do I get help on and off the ice if I'm handicapped?

If assistance or accommodations are needed to get onto the ice for handicapped people please request via email
jkmcjt@charter.net.
There will be 2 Hadicap shutlles running from 7:30am till 4pm to get on
and off the ice.
Can I bring my own beverages into the tournament area?
A. Beverages are allowed as long as they are not in a glass container.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE. CONTAINERS WILL BE
CONFISCATED AND NOT RETURNED.
Can a friend or family member come and watch me fish if they don't have a ticket?
A. Spectators are allowed on the ice, including well-behaved children. The course is set up on a 10' by 10' grid hole
pattern, so it is important that all spectators are well behaved and do not bother other fisherman . . . spectators not
complying will be asked to leave. Be sure to bring an extra bucket or chair to make it easier for people to stay within your
fishing area.
Can I use a fish locator or an under water camera?
A. Electronics are ok to use before (as you are choosing the hole you will fish out of) and during the contest. This
includes under water cameras as we are abiding by all State of Minnesota Fishing Regulations.
Can I register more than one fish?
A. You may register as many fish as you want but only the heaviest fish will remain in the contest, and each fisherman is
allowed to win only one competition prize per ticket purchased.
Where do I pick up my prize?
A. ALL cash prizes can be picked up at the tournament.
How many tickets are being sold to this year's Ice Fishing Challenge?
A. The number of participants is not being limited.
Where do the proceeds go after the break even point for the tournament?
A. All proceeds are given back to local organizations like these past examples : Boy Scout troops, Heart of Lakes United Way, Douglas County Public Health, Adopt a Highway, Red Cross, Camp Amanda, See You at the Party, Food Shelf , Special Olympics, Senior Graduation / After Prom Parties, Sertoma Foundation, Camp Sertoma, Literacy Project, Friends of the Library, Jr. Viking Sportsmen, Habitat for Humanity, Smokey Timbers, Young People’s Place, Listening Ear, Central Lakes Concert Assn., Rural AIDS Action Network, and the YMCA.
